I went to bed last night and was asleep before 10:30 PM. I then proceeded to sleep through my alarm this morning (7:30) and missed my 8am class, I didn't wake up until 8:30. You'd think I'd have had plenty of sleep, but I am still exhausted, and not feeling myself at all. It is important that I am in class, and I can't believe I missed it. I don't ever sleep through alarms--even when I am totally hung over--(I'll just turn it off and go back to sleep)so I am a little concerned as to why I am so worn out even though I am working out (A LOT!) and eating much better than I was even 4 months ago. I am going to the doctor tomorrow, but I am not holding my breath for any help.
