A warning...

DO NOT:
partake in an hour-long yoga class,
work very hard at the Body Pump weightlifting class for an hour,
work all day--running around like a crazy-person,
play football for an hour at 7PM,
play 3 separate, hour-long volleyball games at 8, 9, and 10PM...


You are very crabby and complainy during the pain, and then you go to bed wanting to cry from being so sore and so tired.

And then you wake up horrendously sore.


Just some friendly advice.
