But I have been trying to make changes...not drinking soda (normally 1-3 bottles a day), not sitting down with a bag of chips to snack, or stuffing ice cream down my throat when I want something sweet, no alcohol (for A LONG TIME NOW). Instead I have garlicy hummus (which I love), or fruit, or carrots, and tons of green tea. Why is that not positive? I am trying really hard--and it isn't easy; and I am trying to be positive, but I just feel that I am doomed for failure yet again. I try not to let things get to me, but I honestly can take only so much.
